Transparent & Flexible Payment Options for Families
We know that parenting comes with unexpected challenges, and navigating the cost of care should never feel overwhelming. At Extraordinary Kids Therapy, we prioritize clarity, honesty, and flexibility so families always know what to expect. Our goal is to remove stress around billing so you can focus on what matters most: your child.
We work directly with families and believe in upfront pricing with no hidden fees. We respect parents as experts in their child’s care and aim to make accessing services as seamless as possible.

Out of Network Billing
Private Pay Rates
If neither of the options above work for your family, we do offer private pay rates as well. Please inquire for our list of fees.
Card on File Requirement
To ensure timely billing and continuity of care, Extraordinary Kids Therapy requires all families to have a valid credit or debit card on file. This card will be securely stored and charged at the time of service for any outstanding balance, including private pay services, copays, deductibles, or fees not covered by insurance.
We understand that this policy may not work for every family. At this time, we are only able to work with families who are comfortable maintaining a card on file, as this allows us to operate our small business efficiently and continue providing high quality care to our community.
Booking & Cancellation Policy
Your appointment time is reserved specifically for your child. When a session is missed or canceled late, that time cannot be offered to another family in need of care.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in honoring scheduled appointments.

We truly understand that life happens, children get sick, and schedules can change. We value open communication and kindly ask that you notify us as soon as possible if adjustments are needed. We will always do our best to support your family whenever we can.
Existing Patient Payments
For our current families, we kindly ask that payments be made in a timely manner through our secure patient portal.

Maintaining up to date balances allows us to continue providing consistent, high quality care to all families we serve.
Please note:
Any outstanding balance that exceeds $300 will result in a temporary pause of services until the account is brought current.
We are always happy to answer billing questions or assist with payment coordination. Open communication is appreciated and encouraged.
Thank you for helping us keep care accessible, sustainable, and uninterrupted for your child and our therapy team.
